Before making a name for himself in hit movies like Top Gun: Maverick, Powell was just a 14-year-old contestant on Endurance 2, a reality show aimed at young viewers. The challenge that led to his elimination required contestants to hold onto a metal bar above water while standing on a platform in the ocean. Powell was one of the first to fall into the water, leading to his early exit from the competition.
